30 March 2011 Dear sir,
I Recd a Chequ of Rs.10,000/- on 30.3.11 and deposited the same on 31.3.11. I got the credit of the same in Bank on 2-4-11. Service tax on the same is to be paid in Mar end Or April end

31 March 2011 Date of receipt is 30/3/2011 and service tax has to be paid on or before 31/03/2011 with out interest.

31 March 2011 Dear Warrier sir,

But my qust. is we are not get the credit or actual realization of the cheque on 31.311 then how will we liable to pay Service Tax
