A prop. firm done job work as per details given below : 1) B (Public ltd. co.) Rs. 5.5 lacs. having registration of Central Excise as well as service tax.
2) C (non-excisable unit) Rs. 7.5 lacs.
Should A take service tax registration & pay service tax accordingly.
