Foreign vessel - inchartered by indian co., loading Port - Bahrain, Discharge Port - Kandla.
Q1.Is the Indian Co. liable to pay Service Tax?

This appears to be Ocean freight which in jmy mind is not liable for service tax as on date.
If activity not liable then the liability under 66A also should fail.
