Sir,
Any one can tell me if i raised a invoice for the period of 1st Apr-2015 to 30th june-2015 service be continue not finished till now..
Service charges 1,00,000/- for the above period then what will be the rate of service tax if invoice date is 1st july 2015 ????

if service is to be completed after 1.6.2015 and invoice both are after 1.6.2015 then 14% shall be applicable.
