Hi,
One of our clients booked some space in Chennai for exhibition (for displaying the product) which is owned by Foreign company,and we made the payment in Great Britan Pound.Service tax AO is telling to pay the service tax under RCM.I want to know whether we are liable to pay service tax.

See the provisions of RCM, RCM applicable in case of foreign service provider.
