Service tax filling

My company is engaged in blogging and gets its income from web advertising which falls in service negative list. So no service tax is applicable. But when I try to file service tax returns for the current half year , I do not see an option to classify my income under service tax negative list. This is big problem and I am scared that I might be arrested due to this. Please guide

Dear krishna, you need not get scared of being arrested. By no stretch of imagination one can hold you for not disclosing the services for which no service tax is payable.
however, as regards negative list services, you are not required to give the figures of the same in the ST-3. only the services which are exempt from payment of service tax needs to be reported.
