we have a Manufacturing Unit,Excise Reg. is not applicable for us yet, can we take credit of Service Tax in ST-3 or Service Tax....

if you are registered as service tax assessee and also liable to pay service tax then only fulilling of other conditions you can claim credit of service tax paid.
