in FY 2014-15 my ST payable is below the cenvat credit in both the half yearly return. plz let me know can i avail cenvat credit more than ST payable...

how long cenvat credit can be brought forward. actually always my ST payable liability is around 10000/- but cenvat credit is around 25000/- PM. i always having cenvat credit more than ST payable...

16 July 2015 Actually we are electrical goods company hence we have hired some service engineers to repair our product which is under warranty all the service engineers charging ST in the service bill. hence we always have cenvat credit more than the ST payable

16 July 2015 On what service you are paying service tax.
Consult some body and ensure you are availing cenvat credit rightly.
I have got some doubt that you are not availing it properly.
