12 October 2015 Dear experts,
We have issued the invoice charging ST, however we have paid the ST on billing basis on this bill, but the customer has refused to pay the bill amount, plz let me know can i adjust that ST amount to output liability or not,

12 October 2015 Sir, The invoice amount was 200000 service charge, and 28000 was ST, but he has accept only 150000 service portion and 21000 ST, but i already paid 28000 ST on 200000 service charge,please guide me can i reverse my service charge in books of account and also tell me can excess payment of ST be
adjust or not
