Service tax after 1st july 2012 on man power supply

Kindly guide me what is the rate of service Tax on Man Power Supply after 1st july 2012, and also furnish me rate of education cess

11 July 2012 Man Power supply contracts are covered under Reverse charge method to the extent w.e.f 01/07/2012. where service receiver has to pay service tax @ 12%
and 2% ED, 1% SHEC on 75% of the value and Service provider has to pay same rates on 25% of the bill value.

30 August 2012 Yes correct. After 07.08.12, the security services also have been brought under the category of man-power and is under reverse charge.
