REAL ESTATE AGENTS AND CONSULTANTS SERVICE (WEF., 16/10/1998):-

Real estate agent means ,person who is engaged in rendering any service relation to sale, purchase, leasing, or renting of anything permanently affixed to land, such as light fixtures, plumbing, and heating fixtures, or other such items, which would be personal property if not attached.
