We are a Pvt Ltd Co & as per Board Resolution we are supposed to make a payment of Rs.186000/= per month to an individual towards prof fees. The said person doesn't submit any bill. In absence of his bill are we supposed to pay service tax in adddition to the 186000/= per month.

THOUGH HE WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR CHARGING SERVICE TAX AT THE END OF YEAR. BUT IT IS BETTER TO ASK HIM WHEATHER HE HAS SERVICE TAX REGISTRATION NO OR NOT. IF HE DOES NOT HAVE SERVICE TAX REG NO THEN YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE INPUT CREDIT ON THAT.

In the absence of bill, you are not liable to pay any service tax.
