Hello sir /madam,
I have a query ..recently I visited a restraunt where in the bill no service tax was calculated ..it just showed the amount of item consumed with amout and than 15 ℅. Discount.. It is possible ?!? Plz draw me attention regarding the same .

Possible, if there is no facility of air-conditioning or central air-heating in any part of the establishment.

noo ! they did have air conditioner facility ..in fact I asked about s.tax too ..they told they pay in lump sum ... is there any black money case ?

In my understanding they are showing service tax in invoice and giving discount to customers same amount...you can say they billed inclusive of servicetax,
