23 December 2013 what will be happen? when service tax collected on a service which is covered under negative list. value of service is 2lacs OR more than 9lacs AND he is not a registered assesses.

24 December 2013 on such services no ser tax should be first collected and if collected must be refunded as legally cant pay to govt.
