Two Firms With different different name and those Proprietor is same....we can use A service tax registration no. for both firm.

SERVICE TAX RC IS BASED ON PAN.
IN MY OPINION, IF THE RC IS ISSUED IN THE NAME OF THE PROPRIETOR, THE OTHER FIRM ADDRESS CAN BE INCLUDED AS ADDITIONAL BRANCH OR NEW RC FOR THE SECOND ADDRESS CAN BE TAKEN IN THE SAME PROP NAME AS UNIT 2.
