27 August 2011 If a person / company registered with department as under category of GTA as service receiver.

They want to provide another service of renting of immovable property.

Then they have to register same no. of Service tax

and after getting the registration under same no. then they are able to get basic exemption under the new category of service provider or not?

27 August 2011 1) Can't avail threshold limit for GTA (service receiver).
2) Can avail threshold limit on 'renting of immovable property' service.
