25 December 2008 A SENIOR CITIZEN AND NOT FILING RETURN IS HAVING INCOME FROM OTHER SOURCES AND NO OTHER INCOME(I.E. FROM BANK FD) AND THE INCOME IS NOT TAXABLE..AND SHE IS EARNING THE INTEREST FROM BANK OF APPROXIMATELY 35000 P.a.SO FOR THIS WHICH FORM SHOULD BE SUBMITTED WID THE BANK SO THAT IT DOES NOT DEDUCT THE T.D.S.? or ANY OTHER THING SO THAT THE T.D.S AMOUNT IS NOT DEDUCTIBLE...PLS REPLY TO ME...THANK YOU
