If a Self Help Group Earn Rs.39000 per month then it is taxable under IT Act?If it is taxable then under which section?----194C is applicable for SHG ?

self help group means a group of 10 to 20 poor people whose per capita income is near about Rs.20,who are engaged in different types of work like as a outsourced agency but actually not an agency or contractors.
