My client is a senior citizen(woman).Her tax liability comes to Rs.10865/- after considering TDS part for the year 2011-12.She has not paid the tax till date.The due date for her return is on 31.07.2012.
Please reply whether she is liable for interest under section 234B and U/s 234C.
