12 May 2010 I am a CS student.In my module of Securities Laws,a chapter is given on 'Public issue of securities'.But for my exam in june,should I follow the ICDR guidelines,2009?

26 August 2010 Yes now ICDR guidelines are applicable. So you should follow the same.
