its necassary to write sections in law paper ipcc

IN IPCC LEVEL IT BASIC KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED NOT THORROUGH KNOWLEDGE. ITS ALWAYS HELPFUL TO WRITE SEC. TO SCORE GOOD MARKS. BUT ITS NOT COMPULSIONS.

I would advise you to write sections and make it a habit. This habit will help you a lot in your final preparation.
In CA it would be great if you can mention section and case laws.
