20 May 2011 is there any formality/compliance to be fulfilled by a company dissolved under Section 560(3) under EES?

20 May 2011 Sec 560 (5)is applicable to winding up of company by the court after the name of the company strike off the name of the company from the Register of Companies. under this section court has been given power to windup the company before being restored.

20 May 2011 No more formalities as per circular no. 6/2010. Relevant portion is extractrd below.
The Registrar of Companies shall strike its name off the Register and shall send notice under sub-section (5) of section 560 of the Companies Act, 1956 for publication in the Official Gazette and the applicant company under this Scheme shall stand dissolved from the date of publication of the notice in the Official Gazette.
