21 December 2011 my assessee transfer his residential house property on 26/6/2010.he purchased NA Plot before three month of transfer. now he does not deposit remaining amount of capital gain in separate capital gain bank account scheme till to date and also not file his return of income.
does my assessee now deposit capital gain amount in capital gain scheme in bank or not as due date for ROI is 31 st July.

Assessee can not deposit amount now in capital gain deposit account since amount should be deposited on or before due date of furnishing of return of income.
