In the case of Transport Contractor (Broker, not owner), is it possible to file ITR4(S).
Need ur suggestion urgently

so, we need to file only in ITR4, Audit also required. Correct??

Audit U/s 44AB is required provided the turnover is exceeded Rs.60 lakhs for the FY 2011-12.

In this case turnover is below 12 lacks, so shall i file in ITR4 myself (without audit).
