Hello frnds,
Tax consultant and the person as a profession of accounting etc. requires to file their return u/s 44AD or other ITR.???
Then which ITR???

Section 44AD is not applicable to profession it embraces only small business. You are required to file return as ITR-IV

For professionals secttion 44AD not applies so you have to file ITR-4.

SEE RULE 6 F + SECTION 44AA THOROUGHLY YOU WILL FIND THAT YOU HAVE TO MAINTAIN BOOKS OF ACCOUNT + FILE RETURN IN FORM ITR-4 ; IF HIGHER T.O. AUDIT UNDER SECTION 44AB. TO AVOID SITUATION ALWAYS RAISE BILLS FOR FEES SEPARATELY WITH REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES. RAISE SEPARATE BIILS & RECEIVE SEPARATE CHEQUES. IF STILL IT IS HIGHER THAN LIMIT OF 10 LACS (NOW it is 15 LACS) GET YOUR ACCOUNTS AUDITED U/S 44AB
