Dear Sir,
Is it compulsory to fill all the details of Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss account for partnership firm, if we file ITR U/s 44 AD ?
Please guide regarding this.

If you file ITR 4S then B/S & P/L details is not compulsory.
In ITR 4S following details required:
1. Gross Turnover or Gross Receipts
2. Total presumptive income
3. Total Sundry Debtors
4. Total Sundry Creditors
5. Total Stock-in-trade
6. Cash Balance
If you file ITR 4 then B/S & P/L details is compulsory.

well for partnership firm it would be ITR-5 and not ITR4s or ITR4.
In ITR-5 you would fill the Non-account cases details.

For Firm You have to File ITR-5 .you have to fill Full Details Balance sheet & Profit & Loss account.
