Sir,
I have rented out a property which is under service tax payment and also running out a small business. Can I opt for section 44 Ad on my income from business ( which includes both labour charges and sales) as it is less than 25 lakh pa.
Please give me a reply.

Yes you can opt for 44AD on your business income.
