If a person purchases goods worth Rs.80000 on credit basis and receives a single invoice against the same on and makes payment by cash Rs.20000 to the supplier on 4 different days i.e rs.80000 total.
Is it disallowable u/s 40A (3)?

If the payer can prove that the payments were actually made on different days(which is very difficult), then Section 40A(3) shall NOT be attracted.
