Constitution of my Audit committee was like 2 independent directors and 1 WTD. (S 292A)
however, independent directors left the Co. (Unlisted Public Co.) and meeting could not be held for 1 quarter.
meanwhile new directors were appointed and committee was duly constituted again.
for 1 quarter, wherein independent directors were not there, should i show meeting appointing another WTD's as a committee members. of-course constitution will not be according to Sec, 292A.
or do i have any other remedy?
