Does a company registered U/s 25 of the Companies act needs to get registered under BPT Act?
will it be also governed with BPT act ?

What is BPT Act? An if Section 25 company means company registered under section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956.

Sec. 25 company means company registered under Section 25 ( not for Profit)

There is no need to registered under BPA if it is already registered under section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956.
