Sir,
I had purchased material from first stage dealer.In Invoice rate is inclusive of ED,Assessable value ,rate & Ed amount is separately shown.My problem is that Manufacturer is not giving any detail such as Invoice No.,Item, Qty Sold ED.he only provide ECC No , Name & address,Range etc.
how can i pass duty in this case ,how i make my entry in Invoice.
