19 February 2010 relief u/s 89 is a sec of areas. if you recieved any areas of your last years in current or in one year. so you need to calculate you tax us sec. 89(1) to take benefit of different tax between receitp basis when you received areas and accural basis where that last years has to be added in that particular year.
