if my salary income is 300000 rs. and interest income is 7855 rs. but that income is set off from buss. loss rs. 125000
can i claim deduction u/s 80TTA

No. One deduction can not be claimed twice.

but sec. 80TTA says that the deduction was deduct in GTI

Then you can not show it in PL. Don't take it in PGBP but in Income from other source.
