my brother have taken coachings for ca final course from a pvt. institute from delhi.. can my father claim deduction under 80c..

12 August 2011 Pvt institution can't be equated to university, college ,school following 'ejusdem generis' rule. Therefore, 80C deduction can't be claimed.
