how much is allowed as difference Agreement value and stamp duty value under 50c of income tax Act & please provide if any judgement on it.

no any question of difference as it used to be in good old days....now 50C is very clear...actual value or stamp duty value...whichever is greater...is to be taken.(There is a good inclusion from this year i.e. financial year 2016-17... if there is a difference between date of agreement and date of sale deed....the value as on date of agreement shall be considered for sec 50C)
