22 October 2013 Dear Experts,

A pvt ltd co. engaged in security service business and its gross receipts is 90 lakhs during F.Y 2012-13. % of Profit worked out as under :

Profit before direcor's remuneration is 8.5%.

Profit after director's remuneration is 4%

In this case is co liable to get audit u/s. 44AB or not?

In the case of ROC what will we do?

Please suggest.
