14 July 2011 There was no Board Meeting for F.Y. 2009-10 as all the Directors were not present in INDIA of a Private Ltd. Company.
Board has not meet since F.Y. 2009 till date.
what are the penalties for this contravention?

14 July 2011 this is a clear violation of sec 285 and since there is no penalty regarding non helding of meeting so sec 629A , general penalty,will be applicable .
