Would you please let me know what is the process of responding to notice u/s 139(9) online? because i have got the notice to one of my client and waiting to respond back to cpc through online so suggest me the process behind it.

08 March 2014 Login into your clients account at incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in after that upload u/s139(9) return using option efile in response to notice u/s139(9) at the E-file TAB.

At the above patch attach the return u/s 139(9) after correction of mistakes committed in original return as indicated by the CPC in its notice and submit return. And you need not to take any further action, the CPC shall process it and sends you 143(1) intimation.

However the process how to upload 139(9) return shall be indicate by the CPC in its notice.
