the Disclosure and investor protection guidelines 2000 (including Book Building and Green shoe option) which is rescinded is applicable for the may 2010 attempt or not?

New ICDR regulations are not applicable for sure.
Regarding SEBI DIP there is no clear mandate from ICAI.
However prepare difference between the 2 above for may 2010 attempt. You may download the same from my bookmark list.
