Is it mandatory to getting scrap challan pre authenticate from Central Excise Suptt. / Inspector before sending scrap for weighment outside the factory before making Invoice after weighment for clearance

You need to pay excise duty on scrap also. If you want to removed the scrap for weighment outside factory then make a returnable challlan and send outside the factory no need to pre authenticate from the central excise department.
