one of my internal audit team would like to come & Audit at Sites (we are the Builders & Developers).

I would like know what exactly they are going to be Audit.

21 November 2013 normally an audit team comes with a checklist...So you can ask them to share it with you.

On broader base:

1. they make look for inventory controls

2. quality of construction material

3. completeness and reliability of the records kept at the site

4. adherence to safety rules
