Schema error in itr 6 upload

Each time we try to upload return of company in ITR 6 on the website of Incometax efiling, we get an error that the schema is not proper. this occurs although the Tax software we possess is latest and updated. Is every one facing the same.

I am also facing exactly the same problem but for Form 4.
I do not know how an incorrect xml schema gets generated. In practice when Form has been filled complete and correctly only then xml schema document is available to 'save xml'.
Please enlighten us as what could be the possible reason.
