does revised schedule vi applies to banking and electricity companies?

Revised Schedule VI provides that where any entity is required to prepare its accounts under its governing Act, then Revised Schedule VI is NOT applicable to such companies.
Accordingly, Revised Schedule VI is NOT applicable to banking, electricity and insurance companies.

but RTP published for Nov 12 attempt contains one such question for electricity companies and asking to prepare financial statements as per revised schedule vi.... now wat to do?
