12 February 2013 If a person imports equipment required for films etc and subsequently gives those equipment on rent then is he liable to apply for Sale Tax Number?? Import may a one time import??

14 February 2013 Should the amount received on letting out the machinery be above the limit prescribed for registration of that state, you must register and discharge VAT even should the purchase be one single transaction.
