PLEASE TELL ME ABOUT THE CURRENT TAX RATE AGAINST THE FOLLOWING

LP6 -------------------- ?
LP7 -------------------- ?

Thease goods are auto accessories (spare parts of car, santro, sumo etc.) state- Haryana

19 January 2012 Dear Bijender,
The LP1.....LP7 you mentioned in your querry are various list of purchases to be annexed with VAT R-1 return for a quarter in the State of Haryana. Tax is not charged on the basis of Lists but on the basis of commoddity/article or goods sold. In your case the goods are Auto accessories, the same would be taxable at the rate of 12.5%+ Surcharge as applicable.

However if you are manufactuer of auto accessories and are selling to a Automobile Manufactureres you are required to pay VAT @ 4%+Surcharge and are required to obtain Form VAT D-1 from your Customers.
