please clarify the concept of sale in course of import and what document are required, tax implecation in this transaction.

Mr Author,
When an importer sells some imported goods to another dealer,through transfer of documents,which means,authorising his buyer to receive the goods directly from custom warehouse at ports, it is called sale in the course of import.This sale is also exempt from all VAT & CST,like an import.
