what should be salary structure as organisation like basic da ta percentage wise

Every organisation have thier salary structure as per thier policy. ANywhere nothing is provided for it.
Normally following salary structure is used by the organization which i have seen :
Basic : 40% of Total Salary
HRA : 50% of Basic Salary
Conveyance Allowance : 10% of Basic salary or Rs.800/
Other allowance : Balance
This will be different company wise company
It is sole discretion of company what they opted.
