Salary Slip for arrears of salary

In my Company, salary slip is not generated automatically at time of salary payment. We give salary slip if someone needs it. So, if say, in Month of april, the salary disbursed was Rs.45000 and now from aug. salary has been increased to Rs.60000 retrospectively from month of April and salary slip from Apr has to be given. What should be shown as salary Rs.45,000 or Rs.60,000 and if Rs.45,000 then the slip of Aug will include the arrears of salary for Apr, May,Jun and July. Which method is correct?
