if an employee of deloitte is transferred to dubai for some specified project and he is getting there allowances Dhiram 75 per day for his daily expenses..then is this allowance taxable in his hands?

It is 'per diem' allowance free of tax if spent fully.

assessee dint spent fully..it means tax to be paid on whatever money he saved
