Salary certifcate Vs form 16

is there any difference between salary certificate and form 16?
if yes, pls mention the same.

Form 16 is a salary certificate and a cerificate in case TDS is deducted u/s 192 on salary.

say base limit for tax on salary is 160000.
if the salary pa is 125000 then salary certificate will be issued.
suppose salary is 200000 then TDS certificate will be issued. (assumed no invsts are made).
am I correct?
